Good afternoon. This interesting sculpture is located near the German Embassy. I called it "auto on legs," it's the work of sculptor David Black. Sculpture of a car with human legs, bearing the name - "Sachsenring Trabant" (this is a brand of German cars). It is dedicated to political refugees from eastern Germany who, before the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, left for Prague on their "trabant", and asked for political asylum in the embassy of the FRG. So its location is very symbolic.
