Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @bucipuci:

Small invitation to South Bohemia.
Near the small town of Trhové Sviny is located this picturesque pilgrimage church of the Holy Trinity. It was built in the years 1708 - 1710. Its ground plan has the shape of a six-pointed star. The ceiling of the church is decorated with a valuable fresco by Bonanella.

I rewarded @bucipuci entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

After a day of culture in the city of Prague my friends and I decided to go to Naplávka for sunset. The view is great in the day in the night and sunsets over Prague castle are so unique and beautiful every day that is better than watching Netflix. :)

Cross on the viewpoint at Svatý Jan pod Skalou. Svatý Jan pod Skalou is a village in the Central Bohemian Region, the Beroun district, about 30 km south-west of Prague and less than 5 km east of Beroun. It is located in the heart of the Bohemian Karst Protected Landscape Area

Many Czech cities have preserved city walls. The fortified village is rare. We have one in South Bohemia. Its name is Zumberk (written in Czech language Žumberk). If you visit South Bohemia, you will find it about 5 km southeast of the town of Trhové Sviny. The village was given its walls during the reconstruction of a Gothic fortress around 1610. One of the owners of this fortress was also the last descendant of the noble family Rožmberk, Petr Vok of Rožmberk.

Factory chimney, Palmovka, Prague

n the middle of the 19th century, the industrial revolution arrived in Bohemia.
The water and wind wheels were replaced by a steam engine. Every factory needed its own machine. And chimney.
After, for decades, usable electricity appeared.
Steam engines and chimneys have lost their function. Only a few have survived to this day. As Memorials of the Industrial Revolution.

The main place to visit Prague is the Old Town Square, which is located in the center of the Stare Mesto district.
In this area, most people accumulate: tourists and onlookers.
There are various free entertainment and performances. Most travel agencies offer their services: the opportunity to buy this or that excursion. Before buying from the first one, look at everything, as the cost changes, and you can see more and more interesting things on other excursions. Of course, I also offer individual ones, where they will tell you more interesting things and much more.

Hi Tomas! Thank you for honoring my picture. I like your competition that proves that the Czech Republic is not just Prague. There is a lot of interesting places to see here ;-)
