Hello fellow Steemians!
Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Tuesday of Antarctica and World´s Oceans - where the winner of the weekly round will be able to participate for the total of 200 SBD!
Today, you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to the continent of Antarctica. I am also adding World´s Oceans to the same challenge to allow more Steemians to compete in this contest.

Where cold meets warm. Too much stunning (even in my experience) and calm sunset at Curonian Spit, Lithuania. Deep winter and some nice icy frost formations on the beach sand. While warm colors of sunset making the overall view very unusual and contrasting. Enjoy the scenery!
Your entries need to be submitted by 8 AM Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.
Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 SBD in total.

Wahiba Sands, Oman. Today I want to share with you a picture I took a few weeks ago on my travel around Oman. It shows the sunset in an absolut incredible landscape. Sitting on a dune and watching the sun go down is something very special and I only can recommend it to you to try it out when ever you got the chance to.

Mount Tinbeerwah Lookout. This was taken from the top of the Mount Tinbeerwah Lookout at the Sunshine Coast in Australia. On one side you can see the ocean and on the other side the beautiful sunshine coast hinterland.

Fishermen´s boats anchored in a little harbor in Playa del Carmen, floating on the crystal clear Caribbean Sea. Located right in the middle of the famous Mayan Riviera, Playa del Carmen is one of the most popular tourist destinations on Yucatan as well as in all Mexico.
Blue waters of the Caribbean Sea as seen and captured through coconut palm trees from the beach in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. While many people associate cactus with Mexico, here in the Yucatan area, coconut palms are by far the most common trees 🙂

When I visited Ha Long Bay, I feared hords of tourists and cruise ships, but I was positively surprised: Apart from a few great backpackers in the hostel, there were few tourists around and I had a great time on Cat Ba Island and Ha Long Bay.

A nice view of Muizenberg Beach while I was in Cape Town South Africa last weekend. We pulled up on the side of the road to admire the view on our way to Cape Point. Just keep an eye out for the babbons 😊
Baltic Etudes
Same mid January, but 6 years ago. The shot is deep from the archives of the year 2013 and my first attempts to play with a long exposure and so on.
Just now have much more skill for retouch, so sometimes catching some nostalgia to browse through old photoshoots.

It is so relaxing to be near ocean or water in general. It is a great place to take the time to think about life and meditate. We do not take the time to just enjoy what we have anymore so having a nice view like this one that I found in Bolivia last year, is priceless.
This's view on the Pacific Ocean seen from the beach in Samara, Costa Rica. The picture was taken by Nokia Lumia in March 2018, during our 5 months stay there.

A beautiful and peaceful place where the sunsets are incredible; Where you can enjoy fishing in the traditional way on the banks of the dock, accompanied by friends and family. Simply a good place to meditate. The villagers are very kind. The same you can find with some birds like: The Pelican, Ducks, Seagulls and sometimes. The port of Telchac is located on the Yucatan coast.
