Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Tuesday of Antarctica and World´s Oceans - where the winner of the weekly round will be able to participate for the total of 200 Steem!
Today, you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to the continent of Antarctica. I am also adding World´s Oceans to the same challenge to allow more Steemians to compete in this contest.

A drone view of the volcanic lagoons of the coast of Iceland. The coastlines of Iceland can be harsh and ugly or beautiful and peaceful depending on where you go and when you visit. The volcanic nature of some areas give rise to unique environments, such as this.
Your entries need to be submitted by 8 AM Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.
Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 Steem in total.

View of the Treasury in Petra, Jordan. While the ticket to Petra is the single most expensive entry fee I have ever paid, locals can get in for free. Many run small shops in the site, but a few teenagers are blocking access to a trail to this viewpoint demanding a fee for a "guided tour" from any tourist who wants to pass. At first I didn't bother, but when I saw them physically attacking a tourist in front of me who had also decided to ignore them and go by himself, I turned back and took an alternative route. Apart from this event, I had very positive experiences with Jordanians, so it is a shame that the local authorities allow these highwaymen to do their sketchy business at the countries' most frequented tourist site.

Lovely sunset. This photo is from Sunset Beach, Port Waikato, New Zealand. This place is located at the North island on west coast, approximately 1 hour by car from Auckland. This beach is one of most popular sunset places on New Zealand!

Fifty shades of blue of the Atlantic Ocean and the sky in Puerto de la Cruz, a picturesque little coastal town located in the northern part of the Tenerife Island, Spain. The town is also known for great beaches and surfing conditions.
Perfect warm and totally calm sunset at the coast of Baltic Sea, Lithuania. Sea looks almost like a lake, which is very rare to Baltic, its most of time pretty windy. But still some slow wave comes out to the beach making very nice snake pattern and leaving water reflection on the sand surface

Today I am sharing another photo from my homeland seaside area, Piran. We were there on holidays last week and I have to admit that I am already missing it. Especially that day when we woke up early and were privileged for that beautiful sunrise.

Looking at the world from above is always cool. I was not too far but yet, I can only imagine people. From land the island looked deserted, but from up there it looked very busy.
Wharariki Beach Reflections, New Zealand
Wahariki beach is one of my favourite spots in New Zealand. At low tide, the rock formations reflect beautifully in the water. Wahariki beach is also home to countless birds and sea lions.

Mistral and waves unleashing. I took this picture while walking around the Giens Peninsula, on the French Mediterranean . We can see "île Longue" and "île de la Ratonniere" standing strong against the elements.
