Daydreaming. An early morning storm has passed over the area dumping heavy rain on the iconic Cathedral Rock. As the sun comes up, a gentle mist appears, rising up off of the wet rock and wrapping itself around the towering and majestic sandstone formations. Time for a little daydream. Sedona Arizona USA.

Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 Steem in total.

Morning at the wave. A unvorgettable expirience achieved only by luck of the Bingo basket. Our number was drawn so we have been allowed to visit The Wave.

Incredible shapes and colors. Stunning image.

San Juan National Forest

The National Forest range starts from the roads of Durango to San Juan Mountain Range. The forest occupies major mountain ranges in western Colorado. The picture below is the road from Durango to Silverton during fall season. The roads crash into the mountains of snow and narrow roads till Ouray.

Dragon turtle from the garden of light in Montreal, Canada. This autumn I went to the botanical garden of Montreal and walked down the illuminated path of the garden of light. This part of the path with the Chinese lanterns was fascinating.

The Iconic Malecon in Havana, Cuba

Havana's Malecon is one of the best places to watch Cuba's famous classic cars going by. The famous classic cars are mostly owned by the government; with an average salary of less than USD 20 per month most Cubans could not even afford the fuel. There are nearly no traffic jams in Cuba - no wonder considering that there are only roughly 17 cars per 1000 people. Apart from the classic cars are some Soviet cars around as well as an increasing number of Chinese cars.

Yosemite National Park is in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains. It’s famed for its giant, ancient sequoia trees we did a four mile hike to Glacier point overlooking the half dome was spectacular views and awesome landscape a hike i would do in a heart beat again.

Grand Canyon National Park, in Arizona, is home to much of the immense Grand Canyon, with its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history.
Grand Canyon is in the northwest corner of Arizona, close to the borders of Utah and Nevada. The beautiful Colorado River flows through the Grand Canyon giving it that extra beauty at the time we visited the Grand Canyon winter had just finished but we were lucky enough to still see a little snow.
