7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - African Wednesday week #7- the absolute winner takes 150 SBD!
Hello fellow steemians!
Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - African Wednesday- where the winner of the weekly round will be able to participate for the total of 150 SBD! Today you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to a continent of Africa.

Your entries need to be submitted by the midnight of Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only one picture to be submitted for a daily photo challenge. The rule number one is to use only personal images. Ten winning photos will receive an upvote from me from which I will pick one winner that will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts.
The winner of daily challenge then competes against winners from other continental challenges of the respective week to receive the price of 15 SBD. That will be decided by you based on the dollar value of upvotes of my winning post announcement. The winning weekly picture then automatically enters other rounds for the price of 150 SBD in total.

This photo shows a night view of Hong Kong. The reflections of the light of the buildings can be seen on the water. The photo was taken at Hong Kong Harbour, one of the most iconic places of this city. Some of the most important skyscraper of the city are located in this area.

I took this shot during our helicopter ride in Hawaii. The weather was perfect so we took heaps of photos. It seems like the water colour in Hawaii is a bit different to what we have in Australia. It’s was such a great trip!

Sometimes you don't even have to leave your hotel room for a great shot! I landed in Tangier, Morocco just after midnight. The next morning when I went to my window, I saw this. I have many more lovely photos of this beautiful city but I figured, why not start with the first one I took?

My entry is a photo that i took about halfway up Mount Kilimanjaro in 2015. This is a view of the milky way with the town of Moshi visible down below. The tent is lit because the chef was in there cooking dinner for the crew and there is a torchlight leading out of the tent is one of his assistants walking around.

This is my entry with Johannesburg, South Africa. I was in a place that is the oldest village of South Africa. These people here was showing us the local costumes and dances etc.

This photo was taken on the Skala de la Kasbah. This actual place was one of the film sets of Game of Thrones. We were lucky to catch the sunset over the horizon of Atlantic ocean.

Hiking Mount Kenya comes with numerous perks. Top among them is Lake Ellis above. The lake is found at 3600 meters above sea level. It's possible to fish there. I've seen others propose their too.
