Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @bucipuci:

Today I managed to take a picture of the river Otava below the confluence of the Vydra and Křemelná, from which this river originates. In historical times, the banks of the Otava River were often used for gold panning. That is why Otava also has the nickname Golden.

I rewarded @bucipuci entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Quite a typical sight of the Czech countryside. Cows grazing and roaming freely on a pastureland just outside a small village. As you can see, this village is called Nove Lublice and it can be found in the Moravian - Silesian Region of the country.

Lednice Chateau is the jewel in the crown of the Lednice-Valtice Complex and, at the same time, one of the most beautiful complexes in the English Neo-Gothic style in the whole of Europe. Several tour routes lead through the chateau interior, from representative halls, to the princely apartments, rooms of the small princes and princesses and the Puppet Museum.

Rondocubist Kiosk, Vrchlicky´s park, Prague

Hundreds of such small wooden kiosks were built in the 1920s. They were selling newspapers and tobacco.
At that time, the so-called rondocubism was considered to be national Czech style and many of the best architects worked in it.
But wood does not last forever. To date, only this kiosk has survived.

John Lennon Wall
For me a great place. Colorful and full of crazy people, plus Lennon's music played and sung live. In April there are not that many tourists, so you can easily see the entire mural, which has been living for a long time with your life. Rather for fans, for others, it will just be a scribbled wall;)

Thanks for choosing my photo ;-). Czech nature is worth promoting.

The Church of St. Salvator is located at the entrance to the Charles Bridge. Therefore, going to visit one place of interest, you will definitely see another one. Externally, it looks strictly, perhaps because of the gray stone.

For me it was the most beautiful thing in Prague without a doubt, crossing the bridge with its two towers to the ends, all its statues, the atmosphere that surrounded the charles bridge. it is wonderful and at night it was very romantic. Also thanks to the bridge you can cross to the most beautiful neighborhoods of the city, Stare Mesto and Mala Strana. We cross the bridge at least 40 times hahaha

Prague is an unusually beautiful and amazing city, which has many different sights - from ancient historical to modern modern. One of these modern attractions is the dancing house on the Vltava Embankment. A unique architectural monument in the spirit of deconstruction was built quite recently - in 1996. The building looks like two cylindrical towers, one of which bends and presses against the other, resembling a dancing couple. Prague residents call this house Ginger and Fred in honor of the famous dance couple Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire. The dancing house very harmoniously fits into the environment, despite its unusual design and gives a certain charm to the embankment of the city.

St. Nicholas Church
I am not the most religious person in the world but I do enjoy looking round churches and cathedrals. This particular church, a short walk from Charles Bridge, is very ornate inside and pleasing to look at. The frescoes are amazing and the golden statues and other relics are so beautiful. The altar and large chandelier, in particular, are superb.

Amazing place! I had a feeling that I had moved in time. No wonder this place is protected by UNESCO. Walking through the historic center did not cease to admire the preserved centuries-old architecture and the beauty of narrow streets. Numerous shops with souvenirs, hotels and cafes attract and beckon. Seeing Krumlov once, you will never forget. I recommend everyone to visit Cesky Krumlov.
