We enjoyed alot and had a pictures and this picture you can see the hanging squash and the benefits we can gets when eating squash it contains vitamin C, vitE,vit B6 and minerals and it is good for our eyesight. this picture also with us Sponge Gourd (Patola) and the benefits we gets this is excellent source of vitamin A, it is also a very good source of vitamin B5, Manganese, Potassium, coppe, total dietry fiber, Vitamin B6, vitamin C, Manesium snd it said to be an excellent blood purifier at it flushes out the pollutants from the blood and can be used as body scrubber. this is the bottle gourd is a fast growing and one of the lowest calorie vegetables, it contains folates with vitamin B3, vitamin B5 my daughter and I are took a picture also with the chili thank you again this is @cynthyel24 in our family time.
