Caminito del Rey. SPAIN
Hello everyone,
today I want to show you my pictures and opinion about Caminito del Rey, You can find this place in Málaga (Spain). Before start I will put some picture for you could undertand better how is the place I am going to show you.
This place is basically a footway for the mountains. It was built between 1901-1905. Alfonso XII, King of spain, used this way for go to the south of spain in 1921. Since this year the way is called King's footway.
Spanish goverment decided to close in 1999 because the road was really damaged. In 2014 they opened again with a really good renovation and segurity systems. You only need book a few weeks in advance and enjoy. The tours guys are really helpfull and nice. And the views are amazing. I really want share with your guys this place because spain is not only sun and beach, we have a lot nice stuff to do and visit.

I'm from malaga and the desfiladero de los gaitanes is a nice and beautiful place. I know the zone, the ancient way and i visited the reformed few month ago.
