I love chicken soup....anytime....pretty much any recipe. I have never had tofu that I can recall. Maybe I'll need to try it sometime - breading it might be a good way. I am sure these Hakka recipes will make the NA circuit soon.
Sometimes we have seen certain chicken parts that some Americans would be a little squeamish, but it's traditionally old fashion.
like necks and feet? My scottish grandmother used to use those parts - she was a butcher and nothing went to waste. There were probably things I ate back then that had I known, I would have passed.
Yes and others like heads and sometimes a foot or two :-)
