Padre Island and saying goodbye

We have met our journey goal to hike the Texas coast and have decided to stay on the beach for a few days here on padre island, until the weather gets warmer in New Mexico.

Corpus Christi was a bit disappointing as it was full of rude people and trashy scenery. I decided to go to the island and get some well needed rest.

Next me and Rain Drop have set our sights on the Continental Divide Trail. We will start in New Mexico and push in to Colorado.

Saying goodbye to the coast for a few days and gearing up.
