Visiting One Pacific Residences in Mactan Newtown
Mactan Newtown is a newly construct building empowered by Megaworld located in Mactan Lapu lapu City, Cebu. Last week we decided to visit the condominium of our boss in One Pacific Residence in the 16th floor. We're just trying to see the unit and to make a relax.
The Mactan Newtown is currently being developed into a vibrant mixed-use community comprised of residential condominiums, office towers, hotels, mall and commercial centers and its own beach club and beachfront facilities.
This group of building is the 8 Newtown Boulevard. The Mactan Newtown has residential components such as 8 Newtown Boulevard, One Manchester Place and One Pacific Residence are on their construction phases currently being offered as pre-selling. The One Pacific is facing the city, it has overlooking view. You can see right there the Mactan Cebu International Airport.

Not really but if you want to visit cebu then it would be nicer. There are lots of beautiful places here and you will surely enjoy. :)
