Rozhdestveno village
Rozhdestveno is one of the oldest villages in the Samara province. It originated in the beginning of the 17th century on the land of the Samara Patriarchal House of the Transfiguration Monastery. According to the parish church of the Nativity of Christ, the village was named - Rozhdestveno.
Geographically, the village is located on the right bank of the Volga, directly against Samara. Rozhdestveno is located less than 5 kilometers from Samara, but at the same time very far, since these 5 kilometers are the Volga with its islands, channels, and pages.
Of the sights - a restored church, fire tower, a former stable, a water tower and the main manor of the village
Former stable. The tower has survived. Now there is a fire department.
Master's house. It was built by his daughter in 1839. Now this house and another shop are nearby - all that remains of the manor is Rozhdestveno. The wooden buildings all burned down.
