Even little trips can make a big difference! I've found that even going on a day trip to another city nearby can feel like a vacation in itself. Even a slight change of scenery makes a big difference!
You're right. I like traveling, too, but I don't think I have much travel near me. Your advice will help a lot! @ceciliakeirstead !!
