I share your frustration about trying to get to Tibet. This place looks like a pretty good substitute though! It's great to see that so many Tibetans are dedicated to keeping their culture alive, and it's also pretty nice to see such healthy street dogs. My heart would break whenever I saw them in Sri Lanka.
