That is so cool! My favorites must be green curry and tom yum, the flavors are just exceptional in the thai curries, everything mixes together so well. I think I must learn how to make it myself when I get home :D I think I will miss the cheap and easily available delicious food every day.
That will be great if you can do it at home @camilla! I will try to get some green curry paste and other Thai spices soon, and i will share some recipes. I'll make it easy and simple to follow so that you can do it too!
