That is a very open minded approach if people can access cannabis for medical purposes with doctors exceptions. In the UK it is still illegal which of course just drives an underworld market - and they find new and inventive ways to grow it - with shut down mills around where I live and work being broken into and turned into whole indoor farms for it. !COFFEEA
