Healthy walking, beautiful Sunday! 健康行走，美丽星期天！

Today is new year's day , the first day in 2018. At the beginning of this year, I began to carry out my plan. After finishing my housework and doing some reading about the book. I decided to have a walk with my friend on the Binhai Road, I want to reach 10,000 steps a day. It is said “good beginning , half done.

We drive to Haizhiyun park. There are so many people walking there . especially the young couples. Some of them bring their babies. Some are holding the kids in their arms. It seems that people realize that the health is very important to them， after all , no health ,no wealth.

The weather is fine , though it is cold outside, the lowest temperature is below 6 degrees, the highest is above 2 degrees. It’s two o’clock in the afternoon , maybe the highest temperature of the day. The sun is shinning, it makes people feel very warm. In dalian , you always feel comfortable except the windy days.

Standing here , you can see the sea far away , can you see the sea clearly ? We both took the photos of the shadow, haha , isn’t fine ?

Here you can see some cats playing , They are all stray cats. But often there are people who feed them uaually, so they grow fat.

Speaking of strange slope, it is a period of about 60 meters long, 4 meters wide, standing here , you can see the east is higher than the west , but when you drive here , you will find that you can easily drive to the east but hard to the west . It is quite obvious that. If you ride a bike, you will have difficulty downhill but easy to the top. Isn't it strange? If you come here , you can experience yourself.

Then we return from the slope, and went to east port. We took some photos of the seagulls. The seagulls are flying in the sky, the scenery of the sea is really nice. On the road , I met the dog called Fantuan. The master said that its hair cost 200 yuan to be designed. And its feet also dye brown colour. It looks so cool . Now dogs cost much more than the people.

We walk all the way happily and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Mountains , sea , and beautiful dogs haha , also cats, it’s really a beautiful Sunday. The first day of 2018, I start with the healthy walking, how about you ?

今天是2018年元旦，第一天，新年伊始，我要开始执行自己的计划，上午在家忙完了家务，看完了书，于是和朋友相约去步行滨海路，实现每天万步的计划。给自己新年一个好的开始。 俗话说，良好的开端成功的一半嘛。

说走就走， 我俩开车便到了东港。没想到徒步走的人还真是不少，而且竟然还有年轻人抱着小孩，还有老人，遛狗的人，看来虽然是节假日，大家除了吃喝之外，更多的关注自己健康了， 而且年轻人居多，尤其是带着孩子的年轻父母比较多。

今天的天气很好， 虽然是冬天，还是有点冷，最低零下6度， 最高是2度，我们走的时候是下午两点多， 也就是温度最高的时候，阳光暖融融的，确实让人感到很舒服。大连的天气， 只要没有风，就不会感觉太冷。

这是走到一半的时候，回头望北面的大海，两山之间，天海相连，哈哈，你能分出来吗？ 我们俩还拍了影子， 好长，不过是不是也挺好呢、

在这还看到了几只流浪猫，长的都挺肥大，原来，来这里的游客经常给他们喂东西吃，所以它们也不怕人。瞧，我给它们拍了几张，竟然也不知道躲闪。明星范儿啊！

说到怪坡，这是一段长约60米，宽4米，看起来显然是东高西低的坡度，但驾车来此停住不动，汽车会被一股神秘力量牵引往坡上方向行驶，前行速度不是慢腾腾，而是相当明显的那种。如果骑自行车来这里感觉就更妙，骑车人不用蹬就可驶向坡顶，反之下坡时则要用力蹬。是不是很奇怪呢？不信，你们有机会来这里试试。

之后我们从怪坡往回走， 又去了东港，拍了海鸥。天水相依，海鸥盘旋，海边的风景真是不错，路上还碰到了这个漂亮的小明星，主人说叫饭团。头花了200元做的发型。 脚是焗油了， 现在的狗狗的待遇比人还高贵。

这一路行走， 很开心，爬山，看海，真是个美丽星期天，2018， 健康从走路开始吧！
