在大连有条路叫滨海路， 每天都有许多的人开启健康生活方式， 来滨海路绕着海边徒步旅行。
In Dalian, there is a road called Binhai Road. Every day there are many people who start a healthy lifestyle by sea and hike around the seaside.

滨海路修于70年代，原是一条战备公路，两端被军队镇守。80年代初邓小平来大连参观，建议开放，从此这条路变成了一条旅游观光路。1988年8月,国务院把该风景区与旅顺口风景区一并划为国家重点名胜区。
滨海路全长40公里，分为南段、西段、北段、东段4部分。其中2009年修建的海滨景观木栈道20.99公里，贯穿48个主要景点，每当春暖花开的季节，沿途奇景叠出，美不胜收。今天我们就从东段开始走起啦！
Binhai Road was built in 70s, is a strategic road, ends by the army guarding. In early 80s, Deng Xiaoping came to Dalian to visit and suggested opening up. From then on, this road became a tourist road. In August 1988, the State Council designated the scenic spot and Lushunkou scenic spot as one of the national key scenic spots.
Binhai Road, a total length of 40 kilometers, is divided into the southern, Western and Northern sections, the eastern section of 4 parts. Among them, the construction of the Seaside Landscape in 2009, 20.99 kilometers along the boardwalk, runs through 48 major scenic spots, every spring season, along the wonders of the fold, beautiful. Today, we're starting from the eastern section!

滨海路东段人行木栈道从海洋广场至棒棰岛，全长7.2公里，工程于2009年8月建设施工。沿途包括两大著名的景点：棒棰岛景区、石槽景区。

木栈道全部采用南美巨桉木防腐地板，3处大型观景平台把三山岛、棒棰岛等海岛风光一览无余。其中石槽观景平台悬架峭壁之上，海天美景尤为壮观、动人心魄，是观海留念的绝佳场所
