Just need someone to take my damn room - I don't understand, it's such a nice room in an amazing location. Just it ain't cheap! :/ (That's London for you though!)
So you postponing your flight until your room is taken?
Usually renting a room in London is no problem, but it does depend on the price bracket. Our room was £900 a month with all bills included (Whitechapel area), so it did take about a month and about five different viewings, yet it was eventually taken. If we knew of someone looking, we would help, but we don't - sorry!
So the main reason why I'm going on this epic trip is because my mum was a flight attendant and so I get staff discounts until i turn 24 in October! Hence why I am keen to go and jump on the travelling train ASAP!!
Hmm ok, yeah that's not too far off from my room's price bracket actually, it's around there, though it's located in between Kings Cross and Angel, so super central. The next issue is that we'd prefer someone for a short let, as our contract is due to end in a few months and my flatmates aren't really looking to extend. Anyway, I took some better pictures of my room today (with some rare British sunlight coming through the windows) and have been getting better responses! FINGERS CROSSED! I wanna be in Brazil asapppp!!!

Between King's Cross and Angel, not a bad location at all! It will surely be taken, but yes the short-term let might prove difficult. The plus side is that if the person wants the room afterwards he/she can negotiate with the landlord and maybe ask some of their friends to rent the other rooms.

Yup yup! Anyway it's looking up, I can only keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best! Exactly, and that's what I keep telling people, though I think people may wanna avoid the hassle?
I had to pause listening to the Brazilian music as it was making me sad, but SOON i'll be all SAMBA DE JANEIROOOOOOOOOOOO
