“The first mountain in Guizhou”, “The First Peak of Wuling” and Zhangjiajie belong to the Wuling Mountains.
Fenghuang Mountain, the highest peak of the Wuling Mountains, is 2,600 meters above sea level. It is in the Fanjing Mountain Scenic Area, and the old gold top is 2,500.
The Fanjing Mountain is a mountain with a high mountain and a large mountain. It forms the vertical climate characteristics and the distribution of animals and plants in the “one mountain has four seasons and different days”, and preserves the rare subtropical native ecosystem in the world.

When the famous late writer Zhang Ke of Guizhou was collecting wind in Fanjing Mountain, he looked at Fanjing Mountain from the Mito Temple in Yinjiang County, which is more than a hundred miles away. He also found that Jinding is a huge Maitreya image.
In view of this, the Huizhou old monk of the Guizhou Buddhist Association re-identified Fanjingshan as the Maitreya Dojo. Qi Xiaofei, deputy director of the National Religious Affairs Bureau, and vice-president of the Chinese Buddhist Association, and the Secretary-General Xue Cheng, visited Fanjingshan. They fully affirmed the status of Fanjingshan in the history of Chinese Buddhism. Master Xuecheng once again affirmed Fanjingshan, “the fifth most famous Buddhist mountain in China”, and pro-titled “Fanjingshan Maitreya Bodhisattva”.
