Travel in Malaysian - come to Putrajaya Malaysian Administrative Center

in #travel6 years ago (edited)

Putrajaya is the new Malaysian administrative center replaces Kuala Lumpur. Founded on October 19, 1995, its name is derived from the name of the first Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra and also the third Malaysian alliance area (2 other areas are Kuala Lumpur and Labuan). The city is connected to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) as well as Kuala Lumpur with KLIA Transit. It is also located in Multimedia Super Corridor, as well as Cyberjaya located in west of Putrajaya. I show you picture of some buildings in putrajaya.

This Perdana Putra

Perdana Putra is an official building of the Prime Minister of Malaysia located in Putrajaya, Malaysia. It has an original stone-walled building with a green roof and a bebawang dome, surrounded by four smaller domes forming a sign in Putrajaya.

This Putra Square

The Putra Square is a city square located opposite the Prime Minister's office complex, Perdana Putra, in Putrajaya, Malaysia. The square has been used for festivals such as the Malaysian Independence Day parade. The 300 meter circular Putra Square is bounded by Perdana Putra, Putra Mosque, Putra Bridge and the Promenade Shopping Mall.

Designed as two concentric plazas surrounded by Putra Perdana Park, the circular ceremonial area is an open hard landscape encircled by Charbaghs, which acts as a transition between the parks and the ceremonial area. Inside the Charbagh is an interplay of paths, water channels, flower beds and trees.

The Square is divided into 11 segments, in the pattern of an 11-pointed star. The outer 11-pointed star represents the 11 states of Malaya when the country gained independence in August 1957, the inner 13-pointed star represents the 13 states of Malaysia and the 14-pointed star includes the new addition of the Federal Territory. The progressive arrangements of the different pointed stars finally culminate in a circle at the centre of the Square. The circle symbolises the ultimate goal of unity.

This Putra Mosque

The Putra Mosque is the principal mosque of Putrajaya, Malaysia. Construction of the mosque began in 1997 and was completed two years later. It is located next to the Perdana Putra, which houses the Malaysian Prime Minister's office and man-made Putrajaya Lake. In front of the mosque is a large square with flagpoles flying Malaysian states' flags.

Seri wawasan bridge.

The Seri Wawasan Bridge is one of the main bridges in the planned city Putrajaya, the new (2001) Malaysian federal territory and administrative centre. This futuristic asymmetric cable-stayed bridge with a forward-inclined pylon has a sailing ship appearance, accented at night with changeable color lighting. The bridge, also called Bridge crosses Putrajaya Lake, an artificial lake made to provide natural cooling, and connects Precinct 2 on the Core Island, where the main government buildings are located, to the residential area of Precinct.
