Huka falls, NZ
My strongest memory from this place was the loud sound and the amazing speed of the water crossing trough. About 200 000 liters of water plunge nine meters over the great rock face of Huka Falls every second - that's enough to fill five Olympic swimming pools every minute. The flow of the falls is so strong it prevents the upstream migration of trout and native fish as eels which is why there are no eels to be found in Lake Taupo. If you are lucky enough to have a sunny day, the water is an amazing, crystal clear blue. Enjoy the pictures!
Amazing speed

One of the cleanest and still magical ( with blue tint ) flowing water I've seen in recent times. At first I thought first and last images are mirror images. My bad! :D
