Very nice colorful sunset :)
You could try to set your settings to manual next time so you won't have that flicker effect, where i believe the camera is changing ISO settings or such.

This one was captured on iPhone with app "Lapse It". There is an option "Manual Exposure". Really helpful thing for timelapse! But I found out this great option after viewing the result of this clip)
