It's my first time to share my trip in English.
Today, I'm gonna write down about jeju island.

Seongsan Ilchulbong

Jeju is an island which is very famous tourist attraction in korea.
I have been there several times.
Whenever I go to Jeju Island, there is a place I must visit Seongsan Ilchulbong.
It is a really beautiful place.
Seongsan Ilchulbong, which stands out on the sea, is a natural monument of Mercury, UNESCO, Natural Heritage No. 420 and Olle-1.




This picture was taken while climbing Seongsan Ilchulbong. It's a cloudy day, but it's a place of its own charm.

Grilled hairtail

pudding rather than praise. It is time to have lunch. Jeju Island has many specialty food. One of them is hairtail. This restaurant is famous for grilled hairtail. Let's start with the side dishes.

Ye~They are just side dishes. If you just order grilled hairtail, you can have all of things above the picture.


Now, let's start with the main dish, grilled hairtail. Isn't it amazing and enormous? You can have it with spoon not chopstick.

Seopjikoji

Another attraction is Seopjikoji. Seopjikoji is located at the end of the eastern shore of Jeju Island. "Seopji" is the old name for the area, and "Koji" is Jeju dialect meaning a sudden bump on land. On Koji hill which is wide and flat, there stands a stone Bongsudae called “Hyeopjayeondae” with a 4m height and 9m length and width that has retained its original form. Seopjikoji was the filming site of "Gingko Bed," "The Uprising," "One Thousand and One Nights" and other Korean TV dramas. Nearby attractions include Jeju Folk Village and Udo Island as well.



Walking along Seopjikoji beach, you will come across a beautiful rape flower garden.

Abalone

Other food is abalone. You can eat a variety of abalones in Jeju Island. The chewy texture of abalone goes well with the barbecue. Above all, you can eat abalone in Jeju Island at a very reasonable price. The rice with abalone is $15 and the price of the grilled abalone is $30.




If you have a chance to visit Korea, I recommend you to visit Jeju Island.
I am not able to visit there since I gave birth, but I will visit Jeju Island next spring when my baby is a little older.
