Watch Muay Thai Legend "Buakaw" Destroy a Banana Tree With His Kick!

Regarded by many as the greatest Muay Thai fighter of all time, Buakaw Banchamek has won just about everything there is to win in kickboxing. He has been fighting since he was 8 years old, and his humble beginnings and hard work ethinc have made him a hero to the working class. He does genuinely seem like an all-round great guy.

Today, I was lucky enough to watch him give a short Muay Thai demonstration as part of the Wonderfruit Festival in Thailand. As part of this demonstration he demolished a banana tree in about 3 kicks. It was brutal, and I can only imagine what that would do to somebody's insides. Ouch!
