A Morning on the Dragon Boats on the Perfume River, Vietnam.
In the ancient royal city of Hue in Vietnam, you can ride one of these magnificent dragon boats to many of the historical sites which dot the river.
DRAGON BOAT
On this morning we took a short cruise from the pier in the centre of town, along the Perfume River to arrive at the Thien Mu Pagoda. The ornate boats are brightly painted and fitted with detailed dragon heads and tails. Many different cruises are available, and the Dragon Boats also look amazing when they are lit up at night. This is a cheap, fun and interesting way to spend a day if ever you are in Hue.
