Yes they are. It's amazing how some countries are so poor, but when it comes to places of religious importance and warship, it's like money has no limit. Here are a couple photo from the golden stuppa in Vientiene Laos where I visited a few month's ago. One of the poorest countries on the planet! Thanks for stopping by and leaving a nice comment! -Dan
