STILL tryina’ get home... in the midst of fresh sad news
My presentation in Atlanta went well... the trip home: not do much... weather created delays on EVERY leg of my journey - both ways!
I nearly completed the trip around 11 pm last night, but 50+ mph crosswinds forced us back to Dallas... brief hotel nap and I’m back at it this AM... (pearl: airport food is costly and disappointing)
This time, flying back to a different airport (St. Louis), where I’ll either get a shuttle or connect with my wife (who... incidentally... may be there for a funeral /visitation -😢 - childhood friend of hers passed away from cancer just recently... tragic story)

That's crazy! And scary to be honest. 40s is pretty young to go.
However, historically, they've outlived some of the greatest names; Alexander the Great, Yeshua Bin Yusef (Jesus the Christ), Tupac, Kurt Cobain, Princess Diana, Emperor Nero, Bob Marley, Eva Peron (Evita), Raphael (the great painter), Flo Jo (female 100m record holder), .... and on and on and on.
We are all pretty much on borrowed time now :(
