Tourism is the act of people travelling and staying outside the other place outside their usual environment for different recreational, entertainment of official works for short period of time. their Scopes and Ways to Promote Tourism in Nepal. We all now Nepal is a beautiful country gifted by natural resources. Though it’s a small country, .From The world’s highest mountain peak ‘Mt-Everest’(8848m) to Worlds deepest canyon ‘Kali Gandaki Gorge’(5571m) lies here and we can get variety of changes in natural resources, caste culture and traditions with in Nepal. Despite of the amazing landscapes and spellbound mountains, Nepal is still behind the tourism.

Ways to Promote Tourism in Nepal:

1. Proper Advertisement

Nepal is the country of Mt-Everest and birth place of Gautam Budhha who was the founder Buddhism. But still only little number of people outside the country knows about it. There are many fast flowing rivers and other tracking sites which are most appropriate for the different adventurous games. People easily get attracted to the photos and videos .Hence advertisement must be done through the different medias like Tv, Radios and other social networking site like Facebook, twitter, YouTube etc. Government should conduct international programs and seminar for the promotion of Tourism in Nepal.

2. Political Stability

I think the biggest setback facing Nepal is lack of political stability. Government changes within a few months and its fluctuating .One day they makes different goals and ideas for developing tourism but they may not be any more in power to Implement it. The continuous Strikes and Chaos are crating the bad impression to the foreign tourist .Hence Political instability should be stopped and proper development in infrastructure should be done.

3. Security

If there is no provision of security for the life and belonging of tourist then no one will come to visit Nepal even though it’s a heaven for natural resources. So government should provide full guarantee security for the tourist and should develop the safe and standard Hotels and Homestays. The weather forecasting and communication system must also be upgraded.

4. Provision of Experienced Guide

There should be experienced as well as educated guide for the tourist. If they are educated then they can interact with the tourist more efficiently and effectively. If they are experienced then they can easily understand what their guest would like and can also guide properly.

5. Promotion of Traditional and Cultural products

Tourist visits other places so that experience new things to interact with new community.
Nepal is also well recognized for its different culture and traditions. There are many cultural products and homemade belongings like homemade carpets, Nepalese sculpture and other drawings that tourists will loved to buy.

6. Lastly

The trend of going to other country for money should be stopped. The youth are main support of country . Hence the youth should be encouraged to involve in the tourism sectors.
