🇦🇺 The most easterly point of the Australian Mainland / Der östlichste Punkt des australischen Festlandes

today I´m going to show you a place I´ve visited yesterday.
In addition, I will solve the riddle of yesterday
The Place I´ve been to is the most easterly point of the australian mainland and is located in the beautiful town of Byron Bay next to the Byron Lighthouse.

Heute werde ich euch einen Ort zeigen, den ich gestern besucht habe.
Außerdem werde ich das Rätsel von gestern lösen
Der Ort, an dem ich war, ist der östlichste Punkt des australischen Festlandes und liegt in der wunderschönen Stadt Byron Bay neben dem Byron Lighthouse.
The point is accessible via the Cape Byron walking track, a Grade 3 walking track with many many steps. On the way to the Lighthouse you will see the secret beach from my yesterday post on the right hand side.
And the right answer would have been Tallows Beach and nobody guessed it right so nobody will get 1 SBD. Sorry Guys!
Tallows Beach by the way is a nice surfing beach with crystal clear water and stretches from the Cape Byron down to the small town of Suffolk Park
Der Punkt ist über den Cape Byron Walking Track erreichbar, ein Grad 3 Wanderweg mit vielen vielen Stufen. Auf dem Weg zum Lighthouse sehen Sie den geheimen Strand von meinem gestrigen Post auf der rechten Seite.
Und die richtige Antwort wäre Tallows Beach jedoch hat niemand es richtig erraten, somit bekommt niemand die 1 SBD. Tut mir leid, Leute!
Tallows Beach ist übrigens ein schöner Surfstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser und erstreckt sich vom Cape Byron bis zur kleinen Stadt Suffolk Park
Once you passed the view to Tallows Beach you can already see the Lighthouse. But if you think that´s it, you´re so wrong, because that was only the beginning. The hard part of the walk will just beginn.
It´s a Loop-Walk which will take you between 1-3 hours depending on your fitness level. I did not do the whole walk because I did it before and because of the horrendous parking fees of 4 Dollar per hour.
Sobald man die Aussicht nach Tallows Beach passiert hat, kann man bereits den Leuchtturm sehen. Aber wenn du denkst, dass war es schon, dann liegst du so falsch, denn das war nur der Anfang. Der schwierige Teil der Wanderung beginnt jetzt erst.
Es ist ein Rundgang, der je nach Fitness-Level zwischen 1-3 Stunden dauert. Ich habe nicht den ganzen Weg gemacht, weil ich ihn zuvor schon einmal gemacht habe und wegen der horrenden Parkgebühren von 4 Dollar pro Stunde.
From the Lighthouse it starts to go downhill to either the most easterly point and Little Watego Beach which is a dead end or to Watego Beach.
The walk down is mostly shady and lined with beautiful Banksia Trees. Every section got a nice lookout from which you can see Wales when they travel to the north.
I was lucky with the weather and the view yesterday was just amazing. Sometimes you really can´t believe your eyes, it just looks surreal.
Vom Leuchtturm geht es bergab bis zum östlichsten Punkt und Little Watego Beach, der eine Sackgasse ist oder zum Watego Beach
Der Weg ist überwiegend schattig und gesäumt von wunderschönen Banksia Bäumen. Jeder Abschnitt hat einen schönen Aussichtspunkt, von dem aus man Wale sehen kann, wenn sie in den Norden reisen.
Ich hatte Glück mit dem Wetter und die Aussicht gestern war einfach unglaublich. Manchmal traust du deinen Augen wirklich nicht, es sieht einfach surreal aus.
After I went down to the most easterly point and the Little Wategos Beach I ran back to the car because I realized that I´m already over the parking time. And if there is one thing which is really annoying in the Byron Region it´s the aprking fees and the big fines if you´re over your time.
Nachdem ich zum östlichsten Punkt und dem Little Wategos Beach runter gelaufen bin, rannte ich zurück zum Auto, da ich merkte dass ich schon über die Parkzeit hinweg bin. Und wenn es eine Sache gibt, die in der Byron-Region wirklich nervt, sind es die Parkgebühren und die hohen Bußgelder wenn Sie über Ihre Zeit sind.

Byron is a beautiful location, i've been several time and i've had always an amazing experience

Man muss dazu sagen das Byron Bay seit Jahren extreme Parkgebühren verlangt, die Straßen hier aber Schlaglöcher haben, die so groß sind, dass unser Nissan Pulsar drin verschwindet!
Ja da bin ich auch geizig haha.
Das ist ja noch mehr ärgerlich. Da fragt man sich wo das Geld hin geht 🤔

Leider habe ich Dein Post erst Heute gesehen. Ich war vor ca. 20 Jahren dort als ich in einem halben Jahr mit meiner jungen Familie Australien bereist hatte.

Originally I’m from Florida, the Tampa Bay Area. Now I live out in Saint Croix, US Virgin Islands and I recommend taking time to visit both! Australia and New Zealand are both on the top of my travel list, seems like you guys have it all.
