0Remembrance of yesterday.. I want to go back again and enjoy the summer heat :)

in #travel7 years ago (edited)

I'm looking at my photos when I see the album we used to on our vacation with my brother and my friends last May 2015 3years ago.

It's been year since we left our province in Mariveles, Bataan then after 12years me and my brother decided to go back because that was my grandmother 50th birthday.

Our province are very historical because it is when Bataan Death march happen.

INTRODUCTION
After the April 9, 1942, U.S. surrender of the Bataan Peninsula on the main Philippine island of Luzon to the Japanese during World War II (1939-45), the approximately 75,000 Filipino and American troops on Bataan were forced to make an arduous 65-mile march to prison camps. The marchers made the trek in intense heat and were subjected to harsh treatment by Japanese guards. Thousands perished in what became known as the Bataan Death March.

There is so much more to visit in our province like Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar , Mt. Samat , Playa La Caleta, Sisiman Bay, Pawikan Conservation Center,  Dunsulan Falls, Tortugas Bay Park, Bataan Nuclear Power Plant, Corregidor and the Five Finger Beaches. You may have known the quaint province of Bataan through history books but there’s more to Bataan than meets the eye. Located 3 hours away from Manila, Bataan’s rich history with its role during the Japanese occupation as well as its awesome mountains and beaches makes it the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

And I will show you all my experience :)

This is very rocky which is very exciting. Haha lol. There's no sand. So if you want to go there make sure your knees are strong. I told you guys it's really hard to walk.

They are my friend. My Auntie knows them that's why we took a picture with them. They are really nice and very approachable. They are very happy people. The kids are so cute. That time I feel very happy because for how many years I saw them again. :)

Anyways my cousin told me that there is a small falls. So we went there. And it's nice because if you want to jump or want to go to high place you will use the trunk. It's very slippery at first I'm scared to walk because you need to balance yourself and I did it!
