How to be Pinay! OSMENA PEAK Cebu

I was on my way to Osmena Peak, a known mountain in Cebu not just for tourist but also for locals. The area is expected to have a cold weather and a much prone to rain falls yet I decided not to go top of the mountain for the weather is not that good but being a filipino or a pinay nothing can stop us on doing the things we want, we always find a way to look for alternative solutions though sometines its making us look awful, we just stand up and smile no matter how hard the situation will be. Its me on the picture wearing a plastic bag so i wont be soak in wet, its a DIY raincoat, strike a pose and Smile well im proud to say Im a 100% Pinay.
