RE: Sicily

in #travel6 years ago (edited)

Many years ago I spent a month in Palermo and I love it.

There are the bad sides to the way of life, but the ordinary person and their families, are mostly very nice and hospitable. It is one of the few places I've been where I've had dreams about it after many years.

Just get rid of the damn invaders - you do not need them for selling the drugs; your land, your customs, your religion and the future of your children is far more important.

PS: More 'manly' to show two men eating hamburgers, but a hamburger is a hamburger, whereas the pastas...they are something really special :) Especially those with choclate in them...

I appreciate your comment, and I understand what you are saying, but that is not an hamburger, it’s the panino con milza! (Spleen bread roll) very topical street food in Palermo.

oh...never had one of them, sorry
