"One of the descent into the Mayan underground world"

Cenote (Hoyo con agua) Yaxunah. The place is not well known, it is far from tourism but it is very quiet and very nice underground cenote, you can go down a totally vertical staircase, the vegetation is incredible, and in wildlife you will find many fish while swimming in crystal clear water at a depth of 40m, a good place to visit.

It is located in: Yaxuná is a town belonging to the municipality of Yaxcabá, one of the 106 municipalities of the state of Yucatan, Mexico. It is approximately 25 km southeast of Chichén Itzá.
