José Manuel Moltó, member of the Spanish Society of Neurology, explained in a press release issued by the same SEM this discovery:

Traveling mainly requires learning and memorizing everything that is strange until everything is normal and known. This is a challenge for your brain and it's like an accelerated workout. "
