Green Lagoon (Azufral volcano)

It is located in the Colombian Andes, it is the lowest volcano of the volcanoes of Nariño, one of the regions with more active volcanoes in Colombia, its maximum height is 4,000 ms, its color is an emerald color it is considered one of the most Beautiful in the country and Latin America.

HOW TO GET
There are two ways to get one is through the municipality of Espino Rular area where you walk approximately three hours, where we find beautiful roads full of frailejones, and the second way is walking 12 kilometers from Tuquerres.
In this place there are no hostels, but you can camp, it is recommended to bring cold clothes, the inhabitants of the place also say that the lagoon needs respect since if it makes a lot of noise it only rains only in that place, as I had the opportunity to Being in this beautiful place I know that it is respectful of nature.
