Whaoo!!!! What a novel tech!!

I came across this novel technology in a town of Germany. Can you believe that this was developed some 50 years ago, and still in vogue,
In fact still unbeatable in the world. This was in use in a German town of Wuppertal,
some few kilometers from Dusseldorf, transversing the town from Oberbarmen to Solangen along a river course.
