Transgender killed in Peshawar, Pakistan
Young transgender was gang raped by nine men in Peshawar on 22nd of january, 2018. She was advocating for the rights of transgender community in the city. Culprits also threaten to kill her if she disclosed this incident. According to sources an organised gang is behind the targets of transgender community. On 17th of january Abid who was also known as Sonia, was shot down in the same city.
Transgender community needs special attention from the law enforcing agency and government as they are becoming target of these culprits everyday.

This is absolutely disgusting. You say it is a common occurrence daily over there in Pakistan, is there any media outlets there that broadcast and talk of the events or is it kept under wraps?
