I really don't think a video like this is a good medium to teach meditation techniques, I find myself too distracted by the constant video cuts to follow the instructions, and they go by way too fast. But it is a really fun introduction.

Ok, on further investigation, it's not that TWM has funding but this guy is some big YouTuber, who started with fitness and then added meditation. Interesting. His teachings def match up with the teachers I follow.
