Friday
am 6k jog+core
pm 60min bike
Saturday
Early morning 4k jog+strides
am wu 6k, XC relay 2,6k 8.40, cd 3k
pm 6k jog
Sunday
am 120min bike+6k easy

From relay. First lap (1,3k) was too easy and ai hit the last hill very hard, faster than 1500m pace. Told coach it was bit too easy race and he saw this pic:D
