Good find! I'm pretty sure a duplicate content bot could be created of some sorts to at least flag this to a human and get them moderated.
I was in the old school early SEO days of watching Google go through these kind of issues and it really does all apply here.
Unfortunately I just found this and missed the payout deadline :(
There is pretty much no way to flag this down without a huge stake.
