2018.03.24. Traditional Korean suop.
You may never heard of Soon-dae guk.
Which present one of traditional korean soup made with many different parts of pigs meat and its organ parts and specially soon-dae (similer to black pudding in UK)
Nomally people from Korea would like to have this soup eather beginning of the party night(alchole party) or end of the night cuz this soup could gives you enough satiety.

Also it has several different types of soon-dae guk.
Reason that depends of what kinds of material or ingredients you may put in with soon-dae it calls differently.
Soon-dae also has so many kinds the key of you naming differently is what kind of ingredients are you filled with.
Sun dae guk gives many happiness to all the generation in Korea for a long times cuz it's sort of easy going food (or working class food)
You may not like it if you try it as first time. When it served with weired looking ingredients but kindly recommend you it is one of the nice food you should try when you are in Korea!
