BTC to $5500? $6000?

Couple of traders think that BTC has enough steem (sorry for word play) to jump to $5500. 

It may even hit major resistance $5700. Then it may bounce back to $5000. 

Why? Because in Nov 2018 BTC dropped from about $6000 with long candles. Now we see same long candles but in the opposite direction  green
