@dantheman (and @everyone), Dan what is your take on profits made trading against fat finger counter party?

in trading •  2 years ago

Say your have a buy order at $0.07/asset "A". The market price is in the $0.45-$0.60 range. If the other party fat fingers her sell order at 0.05 instead of 0.5 what is your take on such a profit?
Fair or cheating?

OK more complicated case for you then!
What if you fat-finger the company money and fill (mostly) your personal orders and the orders of a good friend of yours?
