Bollinger Bands Trading

A friend taught me this method and I made my first trade on Binance using it trading substratum. It wasn't perfect execution because I was hoping for a much faster turnaround, but on a 5 ETH Trade I made $600 in 24 hours on Substratum. If you factor in ETHs price increase maybe I made about 350. Still very good. Ill take it and look forward to learning more.

Have you used this method? What do method of trading do you feel works best for you? I'm in this 2 years and still looking to learn. I have traditionally been a buy and hold guy which worked very well, but heck. Always something to learn.
