THE (cough) INTRODUCTION

Hi there, my name is Alex, I’m just a boy from Moscow (too young boy for this industry as some of you might think, I’ve just recently celebrated my 19th bday). At the age of 13 I had a strong, strong desire — I wanted to earn money on the Internet. Yep, while every other young boy was playing videogames and hanging out with friends, I was sitting in front of the monitor and looking for the ways I could get some dollars (or, at least, rubles). I tried to work as a copywriter for some crappy websites, made simple videos for my friends and wrote reviews for cents. To be honest, it’s not what I was seeking for. One day I found a ‘retail forex’ forum, I didn’t understand anything (but I truly tried, believe me!) and gave up this idea. Curtain falls, titles, the end. But not exactly.

THE VERY BEGINNING, binary options and Cindicator first sight

A few years later, probably at the age of 15–16, my classmate told me about binary options and his earnings. He ‘invested’ about 50$, then withdrew x2, put that money back and just lost it all, for god’s sake! This ‘blitzkrieg’ took him no more than a day. Don’t get me wrong, I have never been cheated on the Internet, never clicked the wrong links, never wanted to beat the casinos, but something inside (greed, of course!) told me that if this man can, why can’t I? Moreover, I didn’t aim just for lucky ‘bets’, I was truly interested in the mechanics of this industry (even though I couldn’t imagine what kind of industry it was). At first I didn’t particularly bother and used 1-minute linear chart to play Vanga and predict the price. It was just like an ‘up & down’ window with a timer and my butt entirely hurt every time the price went against my prediction. Sometimes I was lucky, but in fact I lost my 1st 10$ deposit in 1 week. Then I started seaching videos about binary options that would make me STRONGER, CLEVER, RICHER. This secret ingredient’s name was martingale (what a shame!). I quickly realized that all these things aren’t just as simple as I thought. And that was very fortunate that I stumbled upon a YouTube channel of a dude whose videos helped me alot. Here my trading journey began. What amazes is that I heard of Cindicator exactly from this guy :)

The 1st time I heard of Cindicator was my trading guru’s post ‘Cindicator & MOEX challenge’ back in January 2017

He published a link to the Cindicator & MOEX challenge. This challenge was supposed to attract a new audience to the Moscow Exchange and help the new FinTech startup Cindicator to test its algorithms and collect the necessary information about forecasts for analysis and further improvement of the project. I have already switched binary options to forex, studied some basic rules and how forex works in general, read tons of articles and books. But I felt that I lacked experience and Cindicator project looked very interesting to expand my trader skills and try some new strategies. In order not to bore you, I must say that I took, it seems, 16th place out of several hundred (or thousands) and won the online store gift certificate. Cindicator made me believe that I’m worth something in making forecasts. So that’s how I came to Cindicator and how I stayed a part of it.

My Cindicator’s favourite features

Next months were full of interesting questions, challenges and news. It was pretty nice to get all the e-mails exactly from Cindicator’s co-founder, Mike Brusov, not just from a faceless mailing machine :) I continued to do my forex trades and make forecasts in the Cindicator mobile app. What I like about this project is the ability to test your trading idea when you can’t afford to risk your money, so it’s absolutely risk free. Moreover, any person wants to be part of something great, so do I, and the Cindicator is just such a thing. You understand that you are partly responsible for your forecast and the trading bot’s advices result. Also I especially like the competitive and reward system because it shows you that you have progress, raises your self-esteem and, doubtless, allows you to pay for your favourite chart’s PRO account.

Cindicator brought me to crypto

November 2017 surprisingly became the month when I started to be interested in crypto. Why surprisingly? That’s because I got Cindicator’s tokens as a reward for being a forecaster. You know, I had received some e-mails about ‘bounty’, ‘ICO’ and other unknown words before the Cindicator’s team sent me the tokens but I also had known nothing about these words’ meaning. Nevertheless, I got these tokens and I wanted to get the most out of them. I confess, I really-really wanted to sell them ASAP, but I thought it would be the stupidest act that humanity has ever seen, so I decided to buy some more in order to get access to the 1st Bot lvl and HODL. Soon, a few months later, the price of CND token rose and made x30, from 0.01$ per token (ICO price) to 0.30$. That was absolutely amazing.

THE (cough) CONCLUSION

I was incredibly happy that Cindicator gave me not just an opportunity to improve my trader skills, but an opportunity to even earn money. I’ve had enough to make a separated crypto deposit and start learning this side of market. Crypto market. So, I’ve been studying trading for many months, but it looks like I’ve got a long way to go. ZE WAY OF FORECASTAAAAH! :)
