Tradeqwik Pays 2x Dividends, Makes Headway on BTC and BCH Deposit and Withdrawal Ability
Tradeqwik has been working through some thorny technical issues, and we are happy to announce that we are making progress.
First things first, we paid out 2x dividends on August 28. The doubling was to make up for a missed payment the week before.

Dividends per share were 40% higher this time because we reacquired a bunch of TQS from an OTC deal. TQS shares are currently trading between 7.6 and just under 10 VIVA.
BTC and BCH deposits and withdrawals are now working--sort of. Yes, you can do them. You just want to head over to the Discord channel and message Enrique about it. This step where we have to process deposits and withdrawals is needed while some deeper solutions are being tested, and hopefully (especially for Enrique's sake) it will be short lived.
Moving on, if you were able to set up a mint and use it to mint VIVA from your Treasury Right (VTR) today, you would be able to mint 400 VIVA for each VTR. This amount will only go up as the VIVAconomy onboards new services. Despite this, you can see that VTRs are currently trading on Tradeqwik between 50 and 83 VIVA. Hmmm, are you thinking the same thing I am? It also goes without saying that one of the services waiting to be onboarded is the whole ability for Crownholders to set up and run their mints!
The VIVA peg has once again increased, this time to $7.74 per VIVA. Only six weeks to go before VIVA hits its target peg of $10.

Nice developments! Glad we can move BTC in and out; people will be happy about that. I may buy some low priced VTR but I bought a few last time and profited, so I may leave it for others. (at least for a day or two!)

It's not childish, I am wondering the same :)
From what I've heard, there is a "mint kit" that's being put together. It will have the necessary information for how to run a mint. However... keep in mind that mints are only supposed to be run as part of a business in the Viva economy. In fact, I believe that's something that is going to be actively enforced.
You do NOT need to run a mint in order to get value from holding either Crowns or VTRs. Right now, VTRs roll into VIP every quarter. I don't remember if that's maint to be long-term, or is happening now just because there are no active mints. In any case, once mints start to come online there will be real world demand for VTRs, so you'll be able to just sell them. Remember that a mint can not operate without VTRs.
