Proposal for a new voting system to rise Tradeqwik power.

Following the lattest discussions on the Tradeqwik Discord channel, I would like to say that I had several profitable opportunities in the last few months, thank's to TradeQwik.
So, today, I would like to help TradeQwik to become more powerful and therefore, I am proposing this new upvoting system.
We are about 120 Crown holders. Each Crown holder could give TradeQwik 50 steem.

Then, TradeQwik, instead of upvoting Crown holder posts at 10 % would upvotes 7 post for the next three months for each Crown holder, at 100 % power. If 100 Crown holders accept this proposal, this will make about 700 upvotes at 100 % in 90 days.
This should be possible. It is about 8 upvotes per day.
So, at the end of the quarter, the Crown holders will get their 50 steem back. Depending of the rate of USD/Steem, a 100 % upvote is around $7 to $10. I don't know the formula for a 100 % upvote function of SteemPower.
This will not make any difference for the Crown holders and TradeQwik will earn 5,000 new steems per quarter, making TradeQwik a bigger whale.
TradeQwik will use this source of income to improve the VIVA peg or whatever the management will decide.

TradeQwik doesnt upvote Crown Holders. VIVA has a Crown Holders Trail that does their voting.
TradeQwik upvotes TQS holders up to 20%. This is based on the amount TQS held by the STEEM user participating.
TQS holders will receive one (1) TQ vote in a 24 hour period.

I would be in favor of TradeQuik focusing on running the exchange and not wasting any of their limited available resource pool on playing around voting for unrelated posts on social media. The limited value and audience that this applies to isn't beneficial to the long term growth of the exchange.
Of course, this should be automated through the steem voter rules, I don't know if it is possible.
Is every single crown holder a registered Steemian? That would compete things as I would be surprised if they were
If they are not, they are not upvoted by the process today, so they will not send 50 steem and this will not change anything for them.
