Turkish Musicians - Hadise

In 1985 Hadise Acikgöz came to the world in Belgium. She loved singing and riding in her childhood. After studying Economics and Contemporary Language, she decided to direct her biggest passion, music. The family welcomed this situation and supported young Hadise.

In 2003, Hadise participated in the contest called Idool, the "Popstar" of Belgium. Although it was not among the top 10 finishers, it was able to attract the attention of many producers. 2Brains company recently offered to contract the young girl. Hadise entered the studio to begin the recording process with producers Yves Gaillard and Serge Ramaekers.

Hadise, who continues her studies in marketing department in Hasselt and speaks five languages ​​(Flamenco, French, German, Turkish and English)

Hadise 's first solo was "Sweat", which aims to shape rock, soul and different musical genres performed in various parts of the world and shape them according to their liking. The song, written by Yves Jongen and co-produced with Serge Ramaekers, took its place on the shelf with 3 different versions. The piece that carried it to wider masses was "Stir Me Up" from June 2005. The singer also received a positive note in the video clip "Stir Me Up", which is available in 5 versions.

Hadise recently released her new single "Is not No Love Lost" on January 13, 2006. The video clip of the song was shot in Thailand. On the other hand, in the singular "Is not No Love Lost", there is also a Turkish version of the song called "Burdayım".

Hadise, representing Turkey with the song "Düm Tek Tek" in the 2009 May Eurovision Song Contest, finished the contest fourth with 177 points.
